I follow a traditional double diamond process approach to problem solving, while also applying Product Thinking and Design Thinking methods. I'm particularly fond of mixing methods depending on the situation and I've facilitated dozens of workshops with this approach.

What I love about Product Design is that it's allowed me to learn, understand, explore and deliver digital products solutions across different countries and it's given me the opportunity to work across small, medium and global sized companies with different multiple talented professionals, and across a number of various industries.

Outside of pursuing the next iteration of what I’m currently working on. I love to travel, learn about different cultures, new languages and trying new food. And if I’m not doing that then a cozy afternoon at home with a nice cup of coffee or cocoa, watching my current favorite streaming or film obsession makes my day, specially if joined by my cat.
